Scott Perry, Designer/Business Manager *need headshot
“We adapt the current trends to the style of our clients home so they are not left with an out-of-date kitchen in five years. Not enough designers consider the basic elements of design—positive/negative space relations and scale, for example—when creating kitchens for their clientele.”

Scott has 16 years experience in construction and design, and prides himself on his creativity and attention to detail. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior/Environmental Design from Ball State University, then began working with local and national cabinet manufacturers as a craftsman, product engineer and service representative.

In 2001, Scott and designer Grace Bradley opened the KitchenWright. Scott primarily designs for new homes.

Spare time finds Scott enjoying time with his family, golfing, camping and hiking.

“I love to establish new relationships. I’m not just a designer during the remodeling process; I like to make new friends.”

Grace has been designing interiors for the new construction and remodeling industries for almost 12 years. During that time she's designed just about every kind of room in every type of style. Her work has earned “Best Kitchen” recognition at the Indianapolis Home-A-Rama and an award from the American Society of Interior Designers at the 2004 Decorators' Show House.

Grace has served on the board for the Indiana state chapter of the National Kitchen & Bath Association for the last four years. She enjoys brainstorming with the other KitchenWright designers to create the best possible solutions for her customers.

A true people person, Grace’s free time focuses on family gatherings and golfing with friends.

"I keep it simple. I was taught that a long time ago: Listen to your client's needs and try to give them exactly what they want."

Jim has worked as a designer in the kitchen and bath industry for almost two decades, and studied architectural design at Ball State University and Ivy Tech Community College. He joined The KitchenWright in 2003.

His design work earned national awards from the National Kitchen & Bath Association in 2001 and 2005. Though those kitchens were in traditional and Prairie styles, Jim adapts his approach to his client's needs and preferences. His first love is contemporary design.

Spending time with his family is Jim's favorite activity. He also is active in local youth football and baseball programs.
